Yes. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome when disclosed on the reservation. Food and water bowls, an orthopedic dog bed, and treats are provided. The property is not fenced, so dogs must remain under your control outdoors.

The seasonal Stevens Canyon Entrance to Mount Rainier National Park is approximately 25 minutes away, while White Pass Ski Area is approximately 25–30 minutes from the cabin. Downtown Packwood is about 10 minutes away.
No. The cabin is located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with other cabins and homes visible nearby. It offers a peaceful mountain setting but should not be considered an off-grid or secluded wilderness cabin.
